A full and diligent self-assessment did not identify any deviations from the required level of accessibility pursuant to the BITV 2.0 standard. Content in simplified language and sign language has been integrated into the website. An independent auditor has confirmed that the website is “fully compliant” with accessibility requirements.

Enforcement procedure
The Bavarian Agency for Digitisation, High-Speed Internet and Surveying (LDBV) monitors the fulfilment of obligations set out in Section 1(1)(3) and Section 2 of implementing acts adopted in accordance with Art. 8(2)(1) of Directive (EU) 2016/2102.
If an enquiry submitted via the specified contact method pursuant to Section 2(2) remains unanswered in whole or in part for six weeks, the LDBV shall examine upon request from the user whether measures should be taken against the obliged party in accordance with Section 1. Section 2(1) shall apply accordingly if the user asserts that an obligated party pursuant to Section 1(1)(3) has wrongly invoked an exception pursuant to Section 1(4).
